The built-in Help & guides section walks through every area of HomeAtlas, kitchen, planner, shopping, pets, garden, projects and more. It's the fastest answer for "how do I…" questions.
Something not working?
Use the Send feedback button inside the app (in the header). It sends us the page you were on so we can find the fault quickly, and it gives you a reference id you can quote later.
Email us
For anything else: account help, billing questions, feedback, or if you just can't get into the app, email [email protected]. We aim to reply within two business days.
Copyright complaints
Copyright and trade mark complaints have their own process: see our Copyright Policy rather than emailing the general support address above.
Your data and account
You can download your data or delete your account any time from Settings → Account. The fine print lives in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
