About HomeAtlas
What HomeAtlas is
HomeAtlas is a household organiser that keeps your family's calendar, meals and pantry, projects and tools, garden, pets, and paperwork on one household record the whole home shares.
In most homes one person remembers everything: the school dates, the worming, the warranty that runs out in March, what is in the fridge. You shouldn't be the only one who remembers. HomeAtlas is where the remembering is put down, so the house runs without one person carrying every piece.
One subscription covers the household, not one per person. It is open to new households now, and every plan starts with a seven-day free trial.
Who it's for
Households where one person holds it all in their head. Families with school-age children and a bench piled with letters. Homes with pets, gardens, tools and appliances, each needing something on a different day. People who share the running of the place with grandparents, sitters, cleaners or dog walkers, and want each to see only what their part needs. And anyone keeping a calendar app, a list app and a notes app that know nothing about each other.
What it covers
- My Family: who's meant to be where, and the dates on the letters: the family calendar, a school paper inbox, children and kid logins, homework help, per-child chores.
- My Kitchen: what's in there, what to cook tonight, what to buy: pantry and fridge, use-by dates, meal planning, recipes and a shopping list.
- My Workshop: the room or project you keep meaning to get to: tools and where each lives, projects broken into steps, materials and costings.
- My Garden: what needs watering, feeding and pruning, and when it last was: plant identification, plant and lawn care, plants by location.
- My Pets: who needs feeding, worming and a vet: care schedules, vet passports, vaccination records, a handover pack for whoever's minding them.
- My Admin: the drawer of paperwork and the dates hiding inside it: bills snapped onto the calendar, receipts, manuals, warranties and insurance, service dates.
How it works
You photograph things instead of typing them. A shelf of tools becomes a list of what you own. The inside of the fridge becomes dinners you can cook tonight. A school letter becomes dates already on the calendar. The sticker on the washing machine becomes a warranty with an expiry.
Everything runs off one household record, so each part already knows what the others do. Nothing a photo finds is saved until you have looked at it; anything it misreads, you fix in a tap.
